Warm Slow Flow Yoga
This really is yoga for everybody.
Slow down and tune in. Move mindfully through intentional sequences, building towards a peak pose in a warm, welcoming space. With a focus on both stability and mobility, this class is guided by your breath with a curated playlist to keep you grounded and energised.
*We welcome pregnant members to this warm class (no hot classes, unfortunately!) as long as you are generally healthy, accustomed to practicing in a heated space, and have received approval from your healthcare professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive so they can make any necessary modifications.
