Warm Slow Flow Yoga
This really is yoga for everybody.
Whether you’re new to yoga and looking for a friendly yet challenging place to practice, or you’re a lifelong yogi who wants to move more mindfully, this class is for you. Warm Slow Flow Yoga allows you to move slowly and intentionally through thoughtful sequences, working toward a peak pose. Taking place in a warm room, this class can be pregnancy-friendly* and is guided by our breath and one of our famously curated CorePlus playlists.
*We welcome pregnant members to this warm class (no hot classes, unfortunately!) as long as you are generally healthy, accustomed to practicing in a heated space, and have received approval from your healthcare professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive so they can make any necessary modifications.

The sequencing in our Hot Yoga Flow is designed to feel good while helping you let go and… flow!
