Regardless of the class you choose, you can expect to sweat! While all classes are beginner friendly, we move in a way that will leave you high on those post-workout endorphins … and just a little bit (or maybe a lot!) sweaty.

Whether it’s the buzz in the room when you first arrive, the energy from our incredible instructors, or the playlists we’re famous for, the vibes are always high when you’re part of the CorePlus community.
It’s a real thing! It doesn’t matter which class you choose, the movement plus the post-workout endorphins equals a real-life post-workout glow.
Any, and all, of them! Our classes are suitable for people at all levels with lots of modifications available to help you ease into the class. We’re a welcoming and inclusive bunch, so there’s always someone here to help. We recommend taking advantage of our New Member Intro Offers to try out as many different classes as you can.
Arrive: 15-minutes early so we can check you in and get you set up.
Wear: Light and comfortable exercise gear. Avoid anything heavy that will weigh you down when you sweat. Leggings or shorts and a light top is perfect. For everyone’s comfort, crops and/or tops are required in all classes.
Bring: Water! But no glass please. We find glass water bottles and bare feet don’t mix! If you’re headed into our mat room, bring and a full-sized towel to go over your mat. You can also bring a second towel if you decide to stay for a shower after class. In saying all that, we do sell bottled water, and you can hire a towel if you need.
All of our mat classes are low impact and performed in a heated studio, so there’s no need for runners - bare feet welcome! Our reformer Pilates classes are also performed in bare feet, or wearing Pilates socks, which we have available for purchase.
Yes please! It’s always a good idea to book in advance, as our classes can fill up quickly.
Absolutely! Regardless of the class you choose, flexibility is not a prerequisite (although it will be one of the benefits!).
All of our mat classes are practiced in a heated studio space to assist with warming up the muscles, while elevating your heart rate and adding a cardiovascular element to your class. The heat also forces you to focus on your mind and your breath, leading to better concentration and improved mental clarity.
We use different levels of heat for each class. You can check out detailed information on each class here.
