First step? Download the CorePlus app. This is the best way to book in for your favourite class, purchase a membership or class pack, and cancel or reschedule classes. If the app isn’t for you, you can also do all of those things right here on our website. Classes can be booked up to three-weeks in advance via our online booking system, so feel free to plan ahead, remembering that payment is made at the time of booking. To book into a class you can either make a payment at the time of booking, use an active membership, or a class pack.
Our five hour cancellation window exists to allow everyone in the CorePlus community to attend classes. But life sometimes has other plans - we get it. If you need to cancel your attendance, please withdraw from the class using the CorePlus app or our website. Unfortunately we can’t accept cancellations by phone, email or social media. If you do need to cancel a class, the following fee structure will apply:
Early cancel ($0): If you cancel your booking a minimum of 5 hours before the scheduled start time, you won’t forfeit the session, or pay a fee. Hooray, and thank you!
Late cancel ($5): Last minute change of plans? If you cancel within 5 hours of the class start time, unfortunately you will forfeit the session, and be charged a cancellation fee of $5.
No-show ($10): If you don’t cancel your class prior to the start time, and don’t attend, you will forfeit your session and be charged a cancellation fee of $10. Being late is also considered a no-show. No-shows are a no-go, as we love to make room for others wherever possible!
If the class you’d like to attend is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. There are often changes to class attendance, even last-minute ones, so if a place opens up for you, you’ll get an email or text to let you know you have been added to the class. You can be added to a class up to one hour prior to the start time, so keeping your contact details updated, means you’ll be the first to know. If you can no longer make it, please cancel yourself out of the class so your place can be offered to the next person on the waitlist. If you need to cancel your attendance, please withdraw from the class using the CorePlus app or our website, noting our cancellation policy above.
We’re really proud that CorePlus classes always start and end on time, so please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before the start of class to set yourself up for a fun and fuss-free time. The studio doors are locked while classes are running, so unfortunately there is no late entry (late arrivals are considered a no-show). We know that life sometimes doesn’t go to plan, but we’re not able to hold the class start time, or accept cancellations over the phone, on email or socials. Early exits are also a no-go, unless in the case of emergency. We don’t have too many rules, but our studio policies are always made with member experience and safety front of mind. Arrive 10-15 minutes before your class, check in with us at reception, and we’ll guide you through everything you need to know for your first time sweat. Our classes range in intensity, however, they’re all suitable for beginners. A full-size towel and a crop and/or top are required for all hot classes - we're not afraid of a little sweat but love doing so safely and hygienically. Hydration is important too, but as we're a barefoot studio, no glass water bottles please. Each studio has a towel service, water fountain, and water available for purchase. Our studios are fitted out with secure lockers, so you can safely leave your personal belongings there - including your phone! Our studios are a phone free zone, so enjoy the bliss of 45-minutes to disconnect.
Moving with us is all about how you feel, not how you look. Remember to listen to your body and take everything at your own pace – modifications, challenges and rest breaks will be your friend, and don’t forget to hydration is key!
The heat in our mat studio creates extra demand on the body, so blocks of more than two classes are not recommended. If you’re looking to do back-to-back classes, try pairing hot class with a warm yoga or reformer class to create a sustainable movement routine.
