Deep stretch, deep reset. Prioritise your recovery with restorative yoga postures that target deep tissue release and support your nervous system. In a warm room, this mindful class balances out your routine, leaving you feeling recharged, realigned, and ready to take on anything.
*We welcome pregnant students to this warm class (no hot classes, unfortunately!) as long as you are generally well, accustomed to practicing in a heated space, and have received approval from your healthcare professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive so they can make any relevant modifications.
