Fluid, controlled, and balanced from start to finish. This full-body Reformer Pilates class builds strength, stability and coordination through carefully layered, spring-loaded resistance. Tailored to your level, it guides you to progress with confidence and precision.
*We welcome pregnant members to this class. Before booking an Athletic Reformer class from the second trimester onward, please contact the studio directly. They’ll provide details of instructors who are qualified to teach prenatal modifications (these details are also available on our booking app).
