As you walk through the doors of CorePlus Torquay, the nine metre ceilings will take your breath away. But don’t let the scale fool you – friends, Mums, and Torquay locals, Emma and Niki, are creating a community and building a movement unlike anything on the Surfcoast. The Reception area features a lounge area and fireplace to meet friends before, or relax after class. Behind Reception, you’ll find the enormous heated mat room ready to welcome almost 50 people.
The mezzanine level is home to the 12-bed reformer room, which you enter through timber and fluted glass feature doors. Fitted out with incredible facilities, and full of experienced and passionate people, Emma, Niki and their team of highly trained instructors are ready to share the CorePlus magic with the community of Torquay.
You can find us at the 27 Baines Precinct, between Sou’West Brewery and Boardriders HQ. Enter via the glass doors next to Sou-West, walk down the corridor, and you’ll find us through the double doors on your left.

With ample parking around the Precinct and neighbours such as Sou’West Café, About Time day spa and bathhouse (due to open in January 2023), and Sou’West Brewery, you can make a day of it! Start with Pilates, grab a coffee and breakfast from the café, pamper yourself at the day spa and bathhouse, and finish off with a cocktail (or two!).

Our heated mat studio is where you'll find our famous heated mat Pilates and yoga classes. This is the room to increase the sweat factor!
