At Reception you’ll be greeted by our passionate, highly trained team – dedicated to guiding and supporting you with expertise, energy, and genuine care.
Beyond the expansive fluted glass double doors lies our iconic heated mat studio, complete with state-of-the-art equipment, glowing warm lights, and beats to keep you motivated. Through the arches, you’ll find the reformer studio, bathed in natural light and fitted with 12 Allegro II reformer beds – the perfect place to build strength, length, and flexibility. Fully equipped change rooms mean you’ve got everything you need for a seamless post-class refresh.
With years of experience across Pilates, yoga and mindful movement, our Studio Partners bring a depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for community. Together, they’ve created a studio that’s as inspiring as it is welcoming – a true hub where everyone feels supported, connected, and as though they belong.
