Set across two expansive levels, the studio has been thoughtfully designed to feel both elevated and inviting. Enter a light-filled reception, where a Tasmanian oak fluted glass wall sets the tone. A sleek front desk, comfortable seating, and secure lockers create an easy, seamless arrival.
On the ground floor, you’ll find our reformer studio, fitted with state-of-the-art Allegro II beds and designed for energetic, high-quality classes. A water station sits along the corridor, leading through to generous change rooms with showers, toilets, and additional lockers.
Upstairs, the heated mat studio opens into a warm, expansive space. With views toward Randwick’s botanical surrounds, it’s the perfect setting to slow down, reset, or move with intention.
Whether Pilates, yoga or reformer is your thing, there’s a class style for every level. Led by a passionate and experienced team, every class is designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and supported in your movement.

You’ll find us at 44-46 Belmore Road. Directly across the road from Royal Randwick Shopping Mall, home to Harris Farm, Woolworths and more. You’re surrounded by some of Sydney’s best outdoor spaces, with Centennial Park just to the north and Coogee Beach a short drive to the east. Kensington, Kingsford, and Maroubra are all close by, making it an easy stop wherever you’re coming from.
Getting here is simple. There’s free parking just behind the studio in Arthur Lane, street parking along Silver Street, and over 500 car spaces available across the road at the shopping centre. If you’re using public transport, the L2 Randwick Light Rail stops nearby, along with regular buses running along Belmore Road.
