Located on level one, the first thing you’ll notice is the light-filled reception area with floor to ceiling windows, a raked ceiling, and doors leading to an expansive outdoor balcony – with plenty of space for post-sweat connection.
You’ll be welcomed by Cam, Emma, and Niki – best friends and experienced studio owners, with a local connection to Ocean Grove. Bringing with them passionate instructor network, means experience levels and vibes are high from day one! The curved timber wall leads to the reformer studio, where the floor to ceiling windows continue, and 11 reformer beds call home. The mat studio is moody and magic. The dimmed lighting and navy ceiling means it’s warm in energy and temperature.
With space for 32 people, it’s the home of energising mat Pilates classes, as well as heavenly yoga flows. The feature-lit hallway lead to the changerooms, with all the facilities you expect from CorePlus including showers, hairdryers, and hair straighteners. With a class style to suit everyone, and a community like no other, you won’t want to leave!
