You’ll be greeted in our generous reception space by our local, passionate and experienced team – each one here to support you, wherever you’re at in your movement journey.
Step into our moody heated mat studio where the vibes are high thanks to our curated playlists, state-of-the-art sound system, and premium equipment. Or head into our light-filled reformer studio – spacious, and fitted with 13 Allegro II beds, you’ll lengthen, strengthen and reconnect with your body.
You’ll also find modern change rooms, lockers, and everything you need for a post-class refresh, so you can step back out into your day feeling your best. Whether you’re trying something new or are a seasoned mover, the community at CorePlus Knox is here with a class and a movement style to suit you.
