Step in off Hampton Street and you’ll find a light-filled, considered space designed for movement and connection. Surrounded by the rhythm of the local strip, it’s a studio that naturally fits into your day.
As you move through the space, you’ll find the reformer studio fitted with state-of-the-art Allegro II reformer beds. Next door, the spacious mat studio is heated using infrared panels, with natural light, timber finishes and custom lighting shaping the feel of the room throughout the day.
Bathrooms and lockers are fitted out with everything you need before and after your class, making it easy to arrive, move, and head back to your day.
Across Pilates, yoga and reformer, there’s a class style for every level. Every class is consistent, considered, and led by a team who care about the detail and the people in the room.
