As you arrive at CorePlus Eltham, tucked within the Eltham Midway Arcade, you’ll immediately feel the warmth and openness of a studio designed for mindful movement and connection. Head up the stairs and into a light-filled space where beautiful, considered architecture meets a calm, welcoming energy. Bathed in natural light from skylights that wrap around the studio, this is a place to slow down, tune in, and connect.
You’ll be welcomed at reception by Studio Partners and sisters, Tayla and Shanice, alongside their passionate, world-class instructors. Every detail of the space reflects their care, passion, and commitment to creating a studio where people feel supported, seen, and at home.
From reception, both studios are easily accessible, making the flow through the space effortless. To the right, you’ll find beautiful, state-of-the-art bathroom facilities and a hydration station - thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything you need for a post-sweat freshen up. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat or the reformer, each studio has been designed to support strength, movement, mindfulness, and connection.

CorePlus Eltham is easy to get to, with Eltham Train Station directly across the road for a simple pre- or post-work commute. There’s ample parking available behind the studio and throughout the Midway Arcade, making arriving and spending time at the studio fuss free.

Our heated mat studio is where you'll find our famous heated mat Pilates and yoga classes. This is the room to increase the sweat factor!
