Warm Yin Yoga will reset both your body and mind through a series of slower-paced, supported yin yoga postures, along with easy-to-follow mindfulness and meditation techniques. Taking place in our warm room, this recovery-style practice is the perfect complement to our other classes. Targeting both the fascial tissue and energetic system, Warm Yin Yoga will leave you recharged and realigned.
*We welcome pregnant students to this warm class (no hot classes, unfortunately!) as long as you are generally well, accustomed to practicing in a heated space, and have received approval from your healthcare professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive so they can make any relevant modifications.
