The sequencing in our Hot Yoga Flow is designed to feel good while helping you let go and… flow!
Postures in this Vinyasa-based practice are linked to a consistent, mindful breath, guiding you toward a strong and satisfying series of intermediate peak poses. While challenging your functional strength and improving your flexibility, every class also gives you the opportunity to “free flow.” This is where we crank up the music as you move freely and intuitively through elements of your practice!
